The nearest airport is Cooma-Snowy Mountains Airport, 67 km from the accommodation.This was our first time visiting Thredbo and we weren't sure what to expect especially given there weren't that many options and we booked it fairly late. But we are so glad we have chosen to stay at The Nest in Crackenback. The apartment was beautifully decorated with immaculate furnishing and top quality appliances. The fireplace in the living room was perfect for snuggling up on the sofa after a full day of skiing. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to make your own breakfast in the morning. The bathroom has floor heating and showers are lovely. The location is also convenient - just 15mins drive from Thredbo ski resort and it feels very secluded and peaceful with nice sceneries around.The hosts Jill and Ian are both super friendly and helpful. Even though you are staying on their property, you still get plenty of privacy. We would definitely come back here again next time we come skiing!
